Dr Wevers youtube channel created January 2018. Is it real ?
Uploaded was the media video about Dr Wevers recent paper about enzyme SELENBP1 causing one type of METABOLIC halitosis.
This post is to make people aware of this new Youtube channel.
But of course, IT MAY NOT BE HIM.

Dr Wevers has a long history of interest in the causes of halitosis.
He is based in Holland.

My own view :
I think these 2 volatiles are suspects at the top of the list of the range of smells people who have 'fecal body odor' may have, while TMA may be say between #10-20 of the list of volatiles.
But I still think enzyme FMO3 is to blame.
But the addition of DMS and methanethiol to the list of volatile suspects is a breakthrough from the 'red herring' only diagnosis for the concept of metabolic BO .... TMAU.

much lower, but maybe an excellent test BIOMARKER and much indirect involvement (?) ...
