Meetup.com seems one of the best (maybe the best) method online for groups to arrange meetups. It seems someone has started a TMAU group, but this may be, for example, abandoned. meetup.com : trimethylaminuria
It's a pity there is not a definitely known active meetup.com trimethylaminuria group but it's understandable. Meetup.com has monthly fees which I guess could be covered by donaters.
